Our house is situated in quiet part of Premantura. It consists of four apartments each with own parking place (which is not common in center of Premantura). We have also grill place for our guests to make barbecue. Our family for more than hundred years produces wine, in traditional istrian way, growing traditional sorts of istrain grape plants: Teran, Malvazija, Borgonja and Merlot. So we have also a wine cellar which is a sell point and place where our guests can try our wine.
Apartment MERLOT can offer hospitality to maximum of 4 persons and has one room with matrimonial bed (160cm*200cm), living room with big divan bed (160cm*200cm), kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden table and chairs. The terrace has roof. Apartment is on a ground floor. It has already bed linen and towels (weekly change). It has also A/C. Parking place is near apartment.

The terrace is almost all day protected from the sun. Apartment is on a ground floor. It has already bed linen and towels (weekly change). It has also A/C. Parking place is near apartment.

Apartment MATA can offer hospitality to maximum of 6 persons and consists of one room with big matrimonial bed (160cm*200cm), other room with 2 separate beds (90cm*200cm), living room with big divan bed (160cm*200cm), fully equiped kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom and 2 terraces (20m2 i 4m2, both with fantastic seawiev). Parking place is near the entrance in the house. Apartment is on the first floor and has aprox. 70m2. It has also A/C. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.

To all guests, that reserve in our apartments a period of minimum 7 days, we offer a free use of A/C. You save 3 Eur per day!
All guests, who reserve a period of minimum 14 days, can have once a free use of SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard). You save 20 Eur!
